How to Apply For Head Start

*Please send your completed application to ldecell@sevca.org and someone will contact you promptly*

The application process is fairly easy and quick.

*We are required to complete applications in person*

 

Here is a list of the primary supporting documents & information required to complete the application process. There may be other documents or forms needed depending on what school district you reside in.

  • Income Verification for 1 year
  • Immunization Records
  • Social Security Numbers and Date of Birth for all members of the household
  • Child’s Insurance ID number
  • School District Registration Form
  • Birth Certificate
  • 2 Proofs of Residency
